One of the most important films you will see this year.

Synopsis: A young homeless man is promised a better life, working for a private contractor. He finds himself trapped on a farm working in horrible conditions and unable to leave. ‘Michael’ was a winner in the charity film competition ‘Unchosen‘ which aims to educate about the issue of domestic slavery and forced labour in the UK.

From the director:

Michael was made for a budget of approximately 400 pounds, all of which went on food and a bit of travel. The cast and crew camped out overnight at a local farm and shot the film over 2 very tiring but fun days.
