Lavender Girl by William Stewart leeds independent film festival
The synopsis is simply: a girl with a problem.

But there is more to it than that.
Writer – director William Stewart explains: “I have always wanted to make a film in one continuous shot and tell a simple story within a confined space – in this case, a bathroom.  This is why I wanted to make this film because it offered numerous challenges.  Shot for nothing, Lavender Girl was filmed in a friend’s bathroom with a bunch of friends one afternoon where much of the action was improvised as we filmed.   It was an exhilarating creative experience!
